Dear Katie, thank you for sharing Cheryl’s work. I will check her book out. I really resonate with her story. I’m hoping to publish my own grief poems and am on a huge learning curve in the process💛✨💛

Thanks Janine! I read her first book and she's just so creative. The premise, the drawings, and the poetry are all great. And I have her new book on pre-order and I'm very intrigued by it!

What an excellent interview. Congratulations to both of you. I love the titles, the covers, and the process. I self-published my first book with tons of help as mentioned. It's a heroic journey to be proud of. Well done. Brave creatives.

Grief is such an important topic.

I love this "I went through many iterations of I want this, I need to do this and I don't want to do this. Looking back on the whole experience, this little book of mine clawed its way out to the world. My feelings about it be damned."

Thank you!

Cheryl is an intelligent artistic woman and it just comes so naturally from her - as if by its own force as she describes! I highly recommend her books. I'm waiting for her second one - I have it on pre-order and should be getting it soon!
